About Jane
Jane Kow is an employment lawyer and human resources consultant based in San Francisco, California. She has over 25 years of experience advising and representing employers in employment disputes. After earning her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1993, she practiced at various prominent law firms, providing counsel to employers across multiple industries. In 2002, she founded HR Law Consultants, focusing on workplace compliance and training. Ms. Kow is admitted to the State Bar of California and holds licenses in the U.S.
District Courts for the Northern, Southern. Central Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has been recognized as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation for her dedication to the legal profession and community service.
