About James
James Newell built a path into law that started in business school. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2011. He stayed at the same university for law school and received his J.D. in 2014.
While still in law school, Newell spent time as a law clerk at Crosby Guenzell Law Offices in 2013. That experience gave him early courtroom exposure and day-to-day experience in legal practice. A year after finishing law school he opened his own practice, founding the Law Office of James Newell in 2014.
Setting up a solo practice early in his career shaped how he organizes his work. He handles the administrative and client-facing duties alongside the legal work.
