James "Jay" M. Adcox III is the owner and managing member of Legacy Law Group, PLLC, located in Brentwood, Tennessee. He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 2000. The firm specializes in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration, serving clients throughout the Nashville metropolitan area.
Jay earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2000. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Lipscomb University.
At Legacy Law Group, Jay focuses on creating comprehensive estate plans that address wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies. He is dedicated to helping clients handle the requirements of estate planning to ensure their wishes are honored and their families are protected. Jay resides in Brentwood with his wife, Alexis, and their five children: Abigail, James, Wallace, Graves, and Ellis.
