James Kirk Lambert is a family law attorney based in Greenville, North Carolina. He has been practicing law for over 26 years, focusing exclusively on family law matters. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991, graduating magna cum laude. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1994, graduating cum laude. Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1994, Mr. Lambert has dedicated his practice to family law, handling cases such as child custody, child support, visitation, adoption, paternity, and grandparents' rights. He also deals with divorce-related issues, including separation agreements, alimony, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases. In addition to his legal practice, Mr.
