About James Anthony

James Anthony Krutcik is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Krutcik is the principal attorney at Krutcik Law Group, a law firm located in Mission Viejo, California. He has been practicing law for over 36 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Krutcik earned his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1988. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1985. He also obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Fullerton College in 1983.

Mr. Krutcik concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, business disputes, and personal injury law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving contract disputes, employment issues, and tort claims. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

He has also appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for ten years.

Mr. Krutcik is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a member of several specialty litigation associations. Mr. Krutcik is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
