About Jakub P

Jakub P Medrala earned his law degree at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. He trained in an environment known for handling complex litigation and regulatory work, and he brought that training back to the West where he built a practice licensed in two neighboring states.

Medrala is admitted to practice in both California and Nevada. That dual licensure informs how he manages cases. He moves between two distinct court systems and adapts to differing procedural rules. Clients who have matters that touch both states turn to lawyers who understand those practical differences.

His career shows steady involvement in the legal community. Records indicate memberships in professional associations beginning in 2011 and 2012, and those ties have continued into the present. He has used those connections to stay current on court decisions, local rules and evolving practice standards in the jurisdictions where he practices.

Over the years he has developed a practice that addresses matters requiring state-specific knowledge. He handles filings, appearances and negotiations in both state systems. He is practiced at preparing local court submissions, coordinating discovery across state lines and addressing jurisdictional questions that arise when cases span California and Nevada. He also spends time advising clients about procedural strategy and the timing of filings when cases carry consequences in both states.

He is the principal at The Medrala Law Office, PLLC, where he supervises client matters and the office’s day-to-day legal work. His practice draws on his education and his experience in two Western jurisdictions. He balances courtroom work and client counseling depending on what each matter requires. He currently practices at The Medrala Law Office, PLLC, representing clients in matters that arise under California and Nevada law.
