About Jacquelyn S
Jacquelyn S Lutz built a path to law that began in the classroom and moved quickly into public service. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Hamline University School of Law in 2010, where she studied political science on the public service track and legal studies. She later completed a J.D. at the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities.
Her early work placed her in settings that serve low-income and vulnerable people. At Legal Services of Dakota County she worked on cases that required careful factual development and an understanding of how court procedures affect everyday life. She has also taken part in professional oversight as a member of the 19th District Ethics Committee, a role that involved reviewing conduct issues and advising on ethical questions.
Those experiences informed the direction of her practice. She is a member of the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts and has developed practice experience in matters that commonly come before family and conciliation forums. Colleagues note that she brings a practical understanding of courtroom dynamics and client needs to every matter she handles.
Lutz joined Novelli Law Office, P.A., where she handles client matters from initial consultation through litigation or negotiated settlement. Her work spans courtroom hearings, alternative dispute resolution, and the drafting of pleadings and agreements. She approaches files with attention to procedure and an eye for details that can make a difference at hearing.
Outside the office she has remained connected to the broader legal community through committee work and memberships. Serving on an ethics committee exposed her to recurring professional issues and helped shape how she advises clients and collaborates with other lawyers. Her membership in the Association of Family & Conciliation Courts keeps her engaged with developments in family law practice and dispute resolution techniques.
Practical and direct in her approach, Lutz combines courtroom experience with an understanding of clients’ personal and legal needs. She practices in Minnesota and works from the offices of Novelli Law Office, P.A. She focuses her practice on family law and related matters.
