About Jacqueline Renee
Jacqueline Renee LaVerne built her path to the law through study and steady progression. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Florida in 2013. Three years later she graduated from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2016. Those credentials mark a close adherence to the academic track that many litigators and transactional attorneys follow.
Her time at Barry University kept her involved in the law school community. She is a member of the Women Lawyers Association at Barry University and is listed on the association’s executive board. The role placed her in the company of fellow students and alumni who take part in programming and governance for the organization.
After law school Ms. LaVerne entered private practice. By 2020 she had joined Bogin, Munns & Munns as an associate. The position tied her career to a Florida-based firm where she has remained. The associate title reflects her role within a team of lawyers handling the firm’s matters. Her work there has been part of her steady professional development since joining the firm.
Outside the office she has kept connections to local legal organizations. She joined the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers in 2015 and retained that membership. Those affiliations have provided networking, continuing education and an entry point into local bar activities. She has balanced association involvement alongside firm responsibilities, maintaining a presence in both spheres.
Colleagues describe her as someone who follows procedure and attends to detail. She approaches client work in a practical manner, focusing on legal process and deadlines. Her academic background in legal studies followed by a JD helps her translate legal concepts into work that supports the needs of the firm. She has continued to expand her professional experience through the cases and matters she handles at the firm.
Today Ms. LaVerne practices law in Florida at Bogin, Munns & Munns. Her career reflects steady membership in legal organizations and ongoing work as an associate at the firm, where she continues to represent clients and handle matters arising in the state of Florida.
