About Jaclyn

Jaclyn Healey earned her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Newark in 2016 after completing undergraduate studies at Ramapo College, where she received her B.A. in 2012. She arrived at law school after an undergraduate program that emphasized legal studies and research. The sequence of degrees set a clear path toward courtroom and transactional work.

While at Rutgers, Healey took part in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic as a clinical student in 2016. That experience placed her on real matters handled for community clients and exposed her to transactional drafting and client counseling under faculty supervision. She also completed a certification in Corporate and Business Law through Rutgers School of Law, adding formal training in corporate structures, contracts, and business-related regulations.

Her early court experience began with an internship at the New Jersey Superior Court, Middlesex County, in 2015. The next year she served as a law clerk for the same court. Those positions gave her direct exposure to civil court procedures and the day-to-day mechanics of case management. She worked alongside judges and court staff during a formative period that bridged academic study and practice.

Outside of the courtroom and classroom, Healey has been active in legal fraternities. She joined Phi Alpha Delta in 2012 and later took a leadership role in Phi Delta Phi, serving as Vice Magister beginning in 2016. Those roles involved organizing events and supporting peer networks among law students and young lawyers.

Healey is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and New York. Her dual-state admission reflects the regional scope of cases and clients she handles and allows her to work on matters that cross state lines. While specific case lists are not part of this profile, her background suggests a mix of transactional and court-side experience.

She is currently affiliated with Wolfe Ossa Law. Her practice includes corporate and business matters and transactional work drawn from her clinic and certification training. She handles legal issues for clients at Wolfe Ossa Law with an emphasis on business transactions and related legal needs.
