About Italia

Italia Carson studied law at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. She moved through the curriculum that shapes many transactional and litigation attorneys, emerging with a law degree and a foundation in legal research and procedure.

After law school she established her practice in Alaska. She is licensed to practice in that jurisdiction and has built her career there. Early roles included work that prepared her for the varied demands of private practice, and she later joined Polaris Law Group, P.C. as a lawyer.

At Polaris Law Group, P.C. Carson handles matters that draw on both legal and practical knowledge of property and business dealings. Her work at the firm places her in the day-to-day realities of client counseling, document drafting and negotiation. She has worked on transactional files and advised clients through closing processes and contract terms.

Her professional memberships reflect an ongoing connection to the real estate community. She has held Realtor membership since 2019 and has been a member of the National Board of Realtors since 2019. Those affiliations have kept her current on industry practices and provided a network that intersects with her legal work.

Colleagues describe Carson as steady and practical in client meetings. She tends to explain legal options in plain language and to lay out next steps that clients can follow. Outside of firm matters she participates in association meetings and industry events tied to real estate practice.

Carson’s practice continues at Polaris Law Group, P.C., where she works on legal matters involving real estate transactions and related issues.
