About Isaac S.
Isaac S. Sternheim blends an academic background in both secular law and advanced religious studies. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2013 after completing a B.S. in 2007 and an M.A. in 2009 at Beth Medrash Govoha. Those years shaped an approach that balances doctrinal training with practical problem solving.
He began his legal career immediately after law school at the Law Office of Ieshula R. Ishakis in 2013. That first year in practice provided direct client contact and hands-on experience in day-to-day legal work. In 2014 he moved to Fink + Associates Law, where he broadened his exposure to firm practice and the demands of serving a varied client base.
In 2018 Sternheim joined The Health Law Partners, P.C. The move aligned him with a firm that handles matters connected to the health care sector. Over time he added court admissions, including the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He also maintains an active membership in the State Bar of Michigan.
Sternheim’s work covers legal issues that arise for health care providers and related organizations. He handles regulatory questions, client counseling and the legal side of operational decisions that providers face. His experience at both smaller and specialized firms has meant exposure to transactional work, client advising and matters that intersect with regulatory oversight.
Colleagues describe him as a practical lawyer who emphasizes clear explanations for clients. He favors concise legal writing. He approaches problems by breaking them into manageable parts and setting realistic priorities. That pragmatic style has informed how he manages matters that involve compliance, contracts and interactions with government regulators.
Outside the office his education at Beth Medrash Govoha informs a perspective that values careful study and attention to precedent. Those habits transfer to his legal research and case preparation. He keeps current on developments that affect health care law in Michigan and federal decisions that bear on providers in the region.
Today Sternheim practices at The Health Law Partners, P.C., where he handles health care-related legal matters and maintains active licensure in Michigan and the Eastern District federal court. He practices health law at The Health Law Partners, P.C.
