Isaac Hal Winer is a seasoned business lawyer and civil litigator based in Palo Alto, California. He has been practicing law throughout the state since 1992. His firm, the Law Office of Isaac H. Prior to his tenure at Cypress, he was an associate litigation attorney in two large West Coast law firms based in Los Angeles. Mr.
Winer earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University in 1989, graduating with distinction and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law in 1992, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Prize for excellence in legal research and writing. During law school, he served as an extern to the Honorable William A. Ingram, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. In addition to his professional work, Mr. Winer is actively involved in his community.
He volunteers with Project Homeless Connect, providing legal clinic services, and coaches youth sports teams, including the Palo Alto National Junior Basketball League and the Palo Alto Little League. He resides in Palo Alto with his wife and two children. Mr. Winer is admitted to practice law in California and is a member of the California State Bar.
