Irving Rosner is a partner at Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A., where he leads the Workers' Compensation Department in Cleveland, Ohio. His journey in law began after earning his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1979. Prior to that, he graduated with high honors in Finance and Accounting from Ohio State University. This solid educational foundation laid the groundwork for his legal career, which began at the United States Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he served as a trial attorney and prosecutor from 1979 to 1986. During his tenure at the Justice Department, Rosner handled complex antitrust cases against some of the nation’s most formidable litigators.
