About Ilona

Ilona Antonyan is a founding partner of Antonyan Miranda, LLP, a litigation trial attorney, and a Certified Family Law Specialist. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Antonyan focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters, specializing in high-net-worth cases and those involving complex areas of law and litigation. She represents clients throughout Southern California, with offices in San Diego, Newport Beach, and Temecula.

Ms. Antonyan earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, where she graduated in just two years. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at Case Western Reserve University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science in only two and a half years. During her time at California Western, she served as an adjunct professor of family law for five years, contributing to the education of future legal professionals.

Ms. Antonyan's practice encompasses all stages of family law litigation, including hearings, appeals, negotiations, and trials. She has achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts on behalf of her clients and is recognized for her strategic and effective advocacy. Her clientele includes international businesspersons and large marital estates with an international nexus, reflecting her diverse cultural background and linguistic abilities.

Throughout her career, Ms. Antonyan has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She has also appeared before the San Diego Superior Court and the California Court of Appeal. Prior to co-founding Antonyan Miranda, she managed her own successful family law and civil litigation practice, where she achieved significant jury verdicts on behalf of her clients.

Ms. Antonyan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Family Law Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of San Diego, the La Raza Lawyers Association, the Collaborative Family Law Group of San Diego, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and the American Association for Justice.
