About Howard Steven
Howard Steven Rabb earned his law degree from Cleveland State University. His time in law school preceded a career built around courtroom work and involvement in local legal institutions. The Cleveland legal community has been central to his professional path.
Rabb is admitted to practice in Ohio and in several federal courts. His federal admissions include the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Those credentials allow him to handle appeals and other matters beyond state trial courts. He has practiced at Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A., where he appears in both state and federal proceedings.
Outside the office he maintains an active presence in bar and civic organizations. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and of the Lake County Bar Association. He has served on the Lake County Bar Association Grievance Committee. His community involvement extends to the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, where he participates on the Community Relations Committee. He also sits on the University Hospitals Center for Emergency Medicine Leadership Council.
Rabb has engaged in leadership and mentoring programs in the region. He is part of Leadership Lake County and completed Leadership Cleveland as a member of the 2015 class. He also mentors through College Now, working with students considering college and legal careers.
Throughout his career he has balanced courtroom work with local bar service and community activities. That combination has kept him connected to the institutions that shape practice in northeastern Ohio. He continues to represent clients through Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A., appearing in Ohio courts and in the federal forums where he is admitted. He currently practices matters in Ohio and in the federal courts where he is admitted.
