Mr. Kitay earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1989. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State University, Northridge, where he majored in political science and philosophy and graduated with honors. During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and externships, gaining practical experience in personal injury law.
Mr. Kitay concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury law, representing individuals who have been injured in accidents and families affected by wrongful death. He handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other personal injury matters.
