About Holly Christine Attiq
Holly Christine Attiq Semaan took a steady path into the law. She completed a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology at California State University, San Diego State University in 2009. Three years later she earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012.
Her education established a foundation in both policy and the practical mechanics of legal work. At San Diego State she studied government and social systems. At the University of San Diego she completed the formal training needed to practice in California and to advise clients on state law.
Following law school she entered practice in California. Over the years she developed professional relationships and practical courtroom experience. She maintains current memberships in professional associations and participates in continuing legal education to keep current with changes in state statutes and procedure.
Semaan’s career has been built on client work handled through private practice. That work has included client counseling, negotiations, and courtroom appearances when cases require litigation. She has experience managing case files, preparing pleadings and motions, and working with opposing counsel and court staff to move matters forward.
