About Holli

Holli Dean took a path from mass communications into the law. She attended Brenau University from 1994 to 1998 and earned a B.A. in Mass Communications. She then enrolled at Stetson University College of Law, attending from 1999 to 2002 and receiving her J.D.

Her early academic background in communications shapes the way she approaches legal problems. That training honed skills in clear writing, message control and understanding audiences—tools that translate into client letters, court filings and courtroom presentation. Those skills remain a through line in her work.

After law school she built a practice in Florida. Over the years she has handled matters in state courts and in administrative settings. She is versed in the procedural steps that drive litigation and dispute resolution in Florida. Colleagues describe her as practical in courtroom settings and precise in briefing; she prefers careful preparation to reliance on surprises.

Her career has included roles that demanded both written and oral advocacy. She has drafted pleadings and motions, taken depositions and argued before judges. She also spends time advising clients on strategy and procedural options, translating complex rules into plain terms. That combination of tasks keeps her work rooted in law and connected to the real concerns of people and businesses.

Today she practices at Norman Law, P.A., in Florida. Her office handles a mix of matters brought in state forums. She represents clients in court proceedings and in administrative hearings, and she prepares the written work those matters require.

Outside of courtroom hours she maintains an interest in how communications practices affect legal outcomes. She draws on her undergraduate background when preparing witnesses and when framing arguments for judges and juries. Her current practice centers on representing clients in Florida courts and administrative matters.
