About Heather

Heather Sharp graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts and earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007. She completed her legal education at a time when mock trial and appellate programs supplied many students with courtroom and brief-writing experience. Sharp’s academic record at Vanderbilt included a leadership role on the law school's Moot Court Board.

As a law student she served as Executive Justice of the Moot Court Board. That role put her in front of judges and peers frequently. It required organizing competitions, reviewing briefs and presiding over oral arguments. The position sharpened the procedural and advocacy skills she would later use in practice.

Sharp is licensed to practice in both New York and Georgia. Those admissions allow her to work on matters that cross state lines and to advise clients with interests in either jurisdiction. She is an attorney at Robbins Ross Alloy Belinfante Littlefield LLC, where she practices alongside other lawyers at the firm.

Colleagues describe her approach as steady and precise when managing filings and court appearances. In client work she emphasizes clarity in written submissions and preparation for hearings. Her background in appellate-style advocacy informs how she frames legal issues and structures arguments for judges and opposing counsel.

Outside of law school activities, Sharp has maintained ties to professional legal circles. Her early career choices and continuing practice reflect the two-state scope of her admissions. She balances court work with research and drafting, and she remains engaged in matters that require careful attention to procedural detail.

In day-to-day practice she handles work arising under the laws of New York and Georgia and navigates the different procedural rules those courts apply. Her current practice focuses on serving clients on matters in New York and Georgia.
