About Harrison
Harrison Le earned his law degree from California Western School of Law. He built his legal foundations there, studying the subjects that underpin criminal practice in California courts. He later returned to the Orange County region where much of his professional activity is centered.
After law school, Le established his practice at The Le Firm. He is licensed to practice in California and maintains an office through that firm. Over time he has developed a practice that engages regularly with the local legal community and the bar associations that serve it.
Le holds current membership in the Orange County Bar Association, Criminal Lawyers for Criminal Justice (CACJ), and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). He is also a member of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Southern California (VABASC) and the Orange County Asian American Bar Association (OCAABA). Those memberships place him in regular contact with colleagues who handle criminal matters across the state and region.
His work centers on criminal defense in California courts. He represents clients in state criminal cases and handles matters at different stages of the criminal process. He appears before prosecutors and judges, and he prepares filings and arguments that arise in the course of defending clients. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his case preparation and steady in court.
Le’s involvement in professional organizations reflects an interest in the procedural and advocacy issues that affect defendants. He attends association meetings and programs that address changes in criminal law and procedure. Those activities keep him engaged with evolving rules and with practitioners who litigate in trial courts throughout Orange County and beyond.
He also participates in groups that serve Asian American and Vietnamese American lawyers in Southern California. That participation includes membership activities that connect younger lawyers and clients with lawyers who know the local courts and community concerns. He often draws on those connections when handling culturally sensitive matters or when a case benefits from bilingual or bicultural understanding.
City and office details for The Le Firm place Le’s practice squarely within California’s legal landscape. He continues to handle criminal cases through The Le Firm, maintaining active memberships in national and local defense organizations and bar associations. His current practice concentrates on defending clients in California criminal matters.
