Harris Mark Madnick is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Madnick is a partner at Kramar Madnick LLP, a law firm located in Encino, California. He has been practicing law for over 20 years, serving clients throughout the greater Los Angeles area and surrounding regions.
Mr. Madnick earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, graduating in 2003. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2000. During his time at UCLA, he specialized in Business Administration, providing a strong foundation for his future legal career.
Mr. Madnick concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, healthcare, and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving complex commercial disputes, including cases related to healthcare, banking, real estate, and general business matters. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Madnick has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to founding Kramar Madnick LLP, he worked as an associate at several law firms, including Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., Reeder Lu, LLP, Epport, Richman & Robbins LLP, and Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP. He also served as Corporate Counsel for Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc., gaining extensive experience in the operations of the company while providing legal counsel to company leadership in all aspects of the company’s businesses.
Mr. Madnick is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He also serves on the EMET Board of the Jewish Federation's Young Lawyers Division. He has been recognized for his legal expertise, earning an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and being named to America's Most Honored Professionals 2016 - Top 1%.
