About Hana
Hana Boruchov earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. Her legal education placed her in New York City during a formative period of training. She completed the degree in 2017 and entered practice shortly thereafter, carrying the academic grounding of Cardozo into courtroom and transactional work.
Her early years in practice included positions that exposed her to both litigation and client counseling. Those roles gave her experience handling procedural matters, discovery and courtroom appearances. She worked on matters that required careful document review and direct client contact. Over time she moved from associate-level assignments into roles with greater responsibility.
Boruchov is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Those dual jurisdictions shape the geography of her practice and the kinds of matters she accepts. She maintains memberships in a range of professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, the New York City Bar Association and Phi Alpha Delta. She participates in bar activities and local legal programming that address procedural and substantive developments.
Her work spans civil litigation and related transactional issues. She has handled cases that involve contract disputes, small business matters and client counseling on risk management. She regularly prepares pleadings, motions and client advisories. She also appears in court on behalf of clients in both state and municipal settings. Her practice emphasizes practical resolution of disputes rather than prolonged litigation when circumstances allow.
At Boruchov, Gabovich & Associates, P.C., she practices alongside colleagues who handle a mix of litigation and advisory matters. The firm office provides a platform for managing client files across New Jersey and New York. Within that setting she takes on case management responsibilities and client intake work, and she coordinates with opposing counsel and court personnel to move matters forward efficiently.
Colleagues describe her approach as methodical and detail-oriented. She balances attention to process with efforts to find pragmatic outcomes for clients. Outside of court dockets she remains active in professional groups and continuing legal education. She maintains an active practice based in the firm, handling civil litigation and related client counseling in New Jersey and New York.
