About Haley
Haley Stamm built a steady legal career from the courthouse to the courthouse steps. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in English at Northern Kentucky University in 2003 and earned her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2007. Those years set the foundation for a mix of administrative and court-side work that would shape her practice.
Her first post-law school roles were in federal administrative settings. In 2007 she worked as a lawyer advisor in the Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges. That role placed her inside the administrative hearing process at an early point in her career. Two years later she served as a lawyer advisor at the Social Security Administration, a position that deepened her familiarity with benefits adjudication and the procedural demands of federal administrative law.
In 2011 Stamm moved to the state bench as a law clerk to Justice Wilfrid Schroder of the Kentucky Supreme Court. The clerkship offered a close view of appellate decision-making and legal research at the highest state level. By 2013 she had shifted into public-service practice, taking a post as a child support enforcement lawyer with Hamilton County Job and Family Services. There she handled enforcement matters and the procedural work that accompanies family-support disputes.
Stamm entered private practice in 2018 when she joined Lawrence & Associates as an associate lawyer. Her background in administrative adjudication and child support enforcement informs her approach at the firm. She brings courtroom experience and agency-side insight to client matters and legal proceedings. Colleagues say she is thorough in preparing hearings and motions, and she applies the sorts of procedural skills honed in federal and state roles to the demands of private practice.
She continues to work out of Lawrence & Associates. Her practice draws on earlier public-sector roles and focuses on the kinds of administrative and family-support issues that shaped her career. She maintains an active caseload handling hearings and litigation-related tasks in those areas of the law.
