About Hal

Hal Agron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 and completed his Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law in 1983. Those school names are consistent markers of his legal training and set the stage for a long career in Texas law. He combines business training with courtroom education, a background that informs how he assesses disputes and counsel clients.

After law school Agron established a career rooted in the Texas legal community. He is admitted to practice in Texas and has built experience across litigation and dispute resolution. Over the years he has handled matters that required both courtroom preparedness and negotiated settlements. He approaches cases with an eye for practical outcomes and careful risk assessment.

Agron added formal dispute-resolution training to his credentials when he earned a mediation certification from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center. That training shaped his approach to settlement talks and to the management of complex cases that may be resolved outside trial. He often brings mediated sessions into the timeline of a case early, when practical solutions still remain available.

In 2013 he became principal of Agron Law. The move formalized a practice that balances representation in contested matters with efforts to resolve disputes through mediation. As principal he handles intake, strategy and client counseling. He also oversees the legal work that flows through the office and sets priorities for case handling and client communication.

Colleagues describe Agron as steady in the courtroom and deliberate at the negotiation table. He blends business judgment from his undergraduate studies with legal training from law school. That combination guides how he evaluates claims and counsels clients on whether to litigate, settle, or pursue alternative resolution. He currently practices law in Texas and concentrates on legal representation and mediation through Agron Law.
