About Gregory Mark

Gregory Mark Fitzgerald is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Fitzgerald is the managing partner at Fitzgerald & Campbell, APLC, a law firm specializing in consumer debt protection, located at 400 N. Tustin Avenue, Suite 401, Santa Ana, California. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Mr. Fitzgerald earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Lutheran University in 1984. He then attended Southern California College of Law, where he graduated first in his class in 1990 with a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to law school, he worked as a tax auditor with the IRS and later obtained a California contractor’s license, working as a contractor while attending law school at night.

Mr. Fitzgerald concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer debt protection, bankruptcy, and debt settlement. He represents individuals and small businesses in matters involving debt collection, judgment defense, and creditor harassment. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Fitzgerald has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding Fitzgerald & Campbell, APLC, he worked as an associate at The Seideman Law Firm, P.C., a national consumer rights law firm, focusing on consumer protection.

Mr. Fitzgerald is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He has served as an Orange County Judge Pro Tem from 1996 to 2006. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau and has been recognized for his contributions to the legal community. Mr. Fitzgerald is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
