About Gregory M.
Gregory M. Anding earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University in 1992 and completed his Juris Doctor at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in 1995. He spent his formative academic years in Baton Rouge, where classroom study and local connections shaped his entry into the state’s legal community.
Shortly after law school, Anding began his long association with Kean Miller LLP. He has served as a partner at the firm since 1995. Much of his career has unfolded at the same firm, where he has taken on responsibilities that range from case management to advising clients and supervising associate attorneys.
Anding is admitted to practice in Louisiana and maintains an active presence in the state bar community. His work at Kean Miller has required him to handle matters that arise under Louisiana law and to coordinate legal strategies across the firm’s offices when cases touch multiple jurisdictions within the state.
He keeps current through membership in several professional organizations. He is an active member of the Defense Research Institute, the American Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the Louisiana State Bar. These memberships give him regular access to continuing legal education, peer discussion, and the professional networks that often inform litigation and transactional work.
Colleagues describe Anding as steady in the day-to-day demands of firm practice. He handles client communications, oversees case strategy, and mentors younger attorneys. His long tenure at Kean Miller has given him institutional knowledge of the firm’s processes and a familiarity with the regional business and legal landscape.
Outside the office, he remains connected to the legal community in Baton Rouge and throughout Louisiana. He attends association meetings and contributes to the firm’s institutional efforts to maintain professional standards. Over the years he has moved through the routine of firm leadership, team oversight, and client representation.
He currently practices at Kean Miller LLP in Louisiana, where he concentrates his practice on representing the firm’s clients in matters arising under Louisiana law.
