About Gregory J
Gregory J Vanevenhoven built a steady path into law from Wisconsin classrooms to local courtrooms. He finished a political science degree at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire in 2007. That background in government and public policy led him back to Madison, where he earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2014.
Soon after law school, Vanevenhoven joined Davidson Law Office, LLP as a lawyer. He began handling matters that are common to clients across the Fox Valley. Over the years he has taken on cases and transactions that touch on property ownership, estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates.
He maintains memberships tied closely to those practice areas. Since 2014 he has been part of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He also belongs to the Outagamie County Bar Association and the Calumet County Bar Association, affiliations that keep him connected to the local bench and bar.
Vanevenhoven’s membership in WealthCounsel, recorded in 2014, signals an interest in the technical side of estate planning and trust documentation. He approaches document drafting and estate administration with a methodical style. He places an emphasis on clarity and on aligning paperwork with client goals.
Colleagues describe him as practical and steady when handling closing matters or probate filings. He tends to work through issues in a step-by-step way. That approach can help when matters involve multiple heirs, title issues or detailed trust provisions.
His office locations reflect a regional practice. He meets clients in Kaukauna, Kimberly and Appleton. Those offices provide a local point of contact for individuals and families who need help with real property transactions, the probate process or drafting wills and trusts.
Outside of hearings and closings he spends time staying current on statutory and procedural changes that affect property and estate matters in Wisconsin. Participation in county bar groups and the State Bar section gives him regular exposure to continuing legal education and peer discussion.
He joined Davidson Law Office, LLP in 2014 and continues to serve clients from its Kaukauna, Kimberly and Appleton offices. He practices real estate, probate and trust law and prepares estate planning documents for private clients.
