About Gregory

Gregory Bean began his legal training at the William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2007 and earned his Juris Doctor in 2010. He came of age at a law school known for its long history and small class sizes. Those three years provided the foundation for a career that would span multiple states and a range of professional responsibilities.

After law school, Bean established a practice that operates across state lines. He is licensed to practice in both Virginia and Nevada. Maintaining admission in two jurisdictions has defined much of his professional life. It requires an understanding of different procedural rules and the upkeep of continuing legal education in more than one regulatory environment.

Over more than a decade and a half in the profession, Bean has worked as a lawyer in settings that call for steady judgment and careful case management. He has taken on matters that required attention to both statutory detail and court procedure. His career has involved advising clients, preparing filings and appearing in hearings. Those responsibilities have put him in regular contact with courts and administrators in the states where he is licensed.

Bean holds current membership in the Virginia State Bar. That membership connects him to the professional standards and ethical rules that govern practice in Virginia. It also places him among peers who confront similar cross-jurisdictional challenges. His dual licensure in Nevada and Virginia means he must track developments in law on both coasts and adapt to shifts in local rules and practices.

He approaches everyday practice with an eye on pragmatic solutions. He aims to offer clear counsel and to manage the procedural steps that matters require. As of 2026, Bean’s practice focuses on legal matters in Nevada and Virginia.
