About Gregg M
Gregg M Feinberg earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980. He entered the legal profession at a time when the practice was changing fast. That early training set the stage for a career that moved between in-house counsel and private practice.
His first notable corporate role came in 1983 when he joined Rothrock Motor Sales, Inc. as vice president and general counsel. In that post he handled day-to-day legal matters for an operating business and advised senior management on contracts, regulatory issues, and employment matters. The job gave him a close-up view of how legal choices affect business operations and corporate decision-making.
Feinberg returned to private practice later in the 1980s. In 1988 he became a partner at Black McCarthy Eidelman & Feinberg. That position marked a shift from the internal, company-facing side of law to serving a broader roster of clients. He spent that period expanding his courtroom and transactional experience.
In 1991 he took another turn in his career and became partner and owner of the Feinberg Law Office. Running his own firm required different skills than working as in-house counsel or as a partner at a larger firm. He oversaw the business of the practice while continuing to advise clients. His professional path shows a mix of corporate counsel work and private practice responsibilities, each informing the other.
Feinberg holds current membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar. He has built a practice rooted in the state where he is licensed. The combination of corporate experience and years in private practice shapes how he approaches legal problems and client service.
Today he is based in Pennsylvania and continues to operate the Feinberg Law Office. He remains active in the bar and practices law through his firm in Pennsylvania.
