About Greg
Greg Green built his legal career by moving steadily from public service into private practice. He trained as a lawyer in Denver and began work in the state system soon after earning his degree. The early years of his career show a rapid sequence of courtroom and office experience that set the stage for his own practice.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver in 2006. That credential led directly into the legal work that followed. Courtroom procedure, case preparation and client advocacy became the day-to-day tasks that shaped his approach to lawyering.
In 2007 he served as a Deputy District Lawyer in the Fourth Judicial District Lawyer Office. That post placed him inside the local prosecutorial system, where he handled filings, pretrial matters and courtroom appearances. In 2008 he moved into private practice as an associate at LeHouillier & Associates, P.C., spending a year in a firm environment that required balancing client counseling with litigation duties. A year later he opened his own firm. In 2009 he became the owner of The Green Law Office, P.C., taking on responsibility for management as well as client representation.
The arc of his career reflects work on both sides of the aisle: public office and private practice. That mix exposed him to the mechanics of trial work and the business of running a law office. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and attentive to procedural detail. Clients have relied on his experience in hearings and in navigating appellate procedures when matters reached higher courts.
He is admitted to practice in Colorado and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. From his office he handles filings in state trial courts and briefs for matters that proceed to the appellate level. He represents clients in filings, motions and appellate advocacy, and oversees the administrative side of his practice.
Today he operates The Green Law Office, P.C., managing casework and the firm’s operations. He carries forward the mix of courtroom experience and private-practice responsibilities that has defined his work since law school. His current practice concentrates on matters heard in Colorado courts and the Tenth Circuit.
