About Gosia J.
Gosia J. Bochenek built a legal career across two continents. She began her studies in Poland, earning a Master of Law from the University of Wroclaw School of Law. She then pursued a J.D. at the University of Connecticut School of Law and entered practice in the United States.
Her early professional years included a role as a corporate associate at Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn, LLP. That position gave her experience in corporate transactional work and the day-to-day demands of commercial practice. She later joined Cochran Owen, LLC as an associate and moved into partnership roles at Cochran Allan, LLC and Cochran Law Group, LLC. Those years in private firms involved both client counseling and firm management responsibilities.
Bochenek is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. She has navigated licensing and court admissions across those jurisdictions while maintaining work in private practice. Colleagues and clients have encountered her in courtroom settings, at negotiation tables, and during contract drafting sessions.
Her background combines a civil law education from Poland with common law training in the United States. That blend has informed how she approaches cross-border issues and complex documentation. Her corporate experience is grounded in transactional matters she handled as a corporate associate, and her later firm roles expanded her exposure to diverse client needs and internal firm operations.
In 2026 she is practicing through Accord Law, PLLC. At that firm she continues to advise clients and manage matters that draw on her corporate training and private firm experience. She maintains active admissions in three jurisdictions and brings an international academic foundation to her U.S. practice.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in legal analysis and attentive to procedural detail. Cases and matters she has worked on have required coordination across multiple offices and legal systems, tasks she has met through careful planning and clear legal writing. She remains based in private practice and currently concentrates her work at Accord Law, PLLC on advising clients in areas that reflect her transactional and firm leadership background.
