About Glenn
Glenn Neiman built his legal foundation at Temple University, earning a B.B.A. in Business Law and Management in 1989 and a J.D. in 1992. He completed his studies at a time when the legal landscape for workplace injury and insurance litigation was changing, and he entered practice immediately after graduation.
He began his career in 1992 at Flager & Sagan. Three years later he moved to Sagan & Greenberg, where he continued to handle matters arising from employer-employee disputes and insurance coverage questions. By 1999 he joined Stief, Waite, Gross, Sagoskin & Gilman, adding trial experience and courtroom work to his portfolio. In 2004 he became a lawyer at Brilliant & Neiman, LLC, a firm where he remains a principal.
Neiman is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is authorized to appear in the Federal District Courts for New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His professional credentials include a certification as a Workers' Compensation Law Certified Specialist from the Pennsylvania Bar Association. That credential signals a concentration in the statutes, procedures, and practical issues that arise in workplace injury claims.
Colleagues and clients will find that he maintains active memberships in a number of bar and trial organizations. He belongs to the Pennsylvania State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also a member of the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Those memberships have informed his practice and kept him current on state and regional developments in labor and insurance law.
Over the course of his career Neiman has handled claims at administrative and trial levels, representing employees in workers' compensation matters and addressing related insurance disputes. He draws on courtroom experience built over multiple firms and on the specialist certification that reflects his work in Pennsylvania's workers' compensation system. He practices from Brilliant & Neiman, LLC, where he continues to represent clients in matters arising under state workers' compensation statutes and related insurance claims.
He currently practices at Brilliant & Neiman, LLC, concentrating on workers' compensation and related insurance litigation.
