About Giselle M.
Giselle M. Rodriguez earned her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2020. She completed her legal education at a time when many new lawyers were navigating virtual classrooms and altered court calendars. That period shaped how she launched her professional life.
After law school Ms. Rodriguez started her own practice. She is the founder of the Law Offices of Giselle M. Rodriguez, PLLC. Building a firm from the ground up required wearing many hats. She handled intake, case management, client meetings and the business side of running an office. Those early years taught practical lessons that do not always appear on a resume.
Her bar membership and association involvement reflect an effort to stay connected to the Massachusetts legal community. She holds membership in the State Bar of Massachusetts and is active in the Massachusetts Association of Hispanic Lawyers. Since 2020 she has been a member of the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Those affiliations have provided networking opportunities and a forum for exchanging ideas with peers and mentors.
Ms. Rodriguez’s work as a solo practitioner has included direct client representation and the everyday tasks that keep a small firm functioning. She has handled legal matters through her own office and coordinated with opposing counsel, courts and administrative bodies when a matter required it. Running a one-person firm has demanded attention to both case detail and client communication.
Colleagues and clients describe her as someone who values clear explanations and practical next steps. She aims to make legal processes accessible to people who come to her office for help. That practical orientation shows in how she structures client consultations and manages case timelines.
Outside of client work she has remained involved locally. Her memberships in state and local bar groups keep her informed about developments in Massachusetts law and about community initiatives that affect the people she represents. Those connections have also been a source of professional development since she began practicing.
As founder of her own firm, Ms. Rodriguez balances the demands of casework with the responsibilities of managing a business. She continues to serve Massachusetts clients through the Law Offices of Giselle M. Rodriguez, PLLC. Her current practice focuses on providing legal services to individuals and small entities in Massachusetts.
