Ginger Elaine Jacobs is the CEO and Managing Partner of Jacobs & Schlesinger LLP, a prominent immigration law firm based in San Diego, California. Co-founding the firm in 2004, she has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive immigration services. Ms. Jacobs earned her Juris Doctor degree with cum laude honors from Harvard Law School in 1998. After law school, she began her legal career as a litigator at prestigious firms such as Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Covington & Burling in New York City. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Jacobs frequently conducts presentations and workshops on immigration and nationality law in both English and Spanish. She has played a crucial role in the San Diego DREAMer Assistance Network, helping young immigrants handle the requirements of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Additionally, her pro bono work includes serving as counsel to Alliance San Diego and advising the University of San Diego’s Appellate Law Clinic on immigration law matters.
