About Gina
Gina Pellettieri built her foundation at Manhattan College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994, and pursued legal studies at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Her academic path led directly into practice in New York. Early on she took positions that exposed her to both firm-based work and community-focused projects. Those early choices shaped a practice that blends litigation skills with alternative dispute resolution and housing-related program work.
Her early career included a 2000 role at Lotstein Buckman, LLP, followed by a stint at Patacca & Associates, P.C. in 2003. By 2006 she was handling a mix of general practice, real estate matters and divorce mediation at Ardito & Ardito. That same year she also took on a role outside of private practice as Director of Technical Assistance at the Long Island Housing Partnership, a position she held through 2011. The mix of firm experience and nonprofit administration provided exposure to transactional work, people-centered dispute resolution, and community development issues.
In 2011 she opened her own practice, the Law Office of Gina M. Pellettieri, where she acts as lawyer, mediator and owner. Running a small firm has meant managing client files, guiding settlement discussions, and overseeing courtroom work when cases proceed. Her work in mediation extends back through her firm and earlier positions. At the Long Island Housing Partnership she managed grant-related and technical assistance functions that required both legal and programmatic coordination. That combination of practical lawyering and program oversight informs how she approaches client matters.
Pellettieri is licensed to practice in New York. Over the years her caseload has included real estate transactions, divorce mediation and general legal matters that often require negotiation rather than prolonged litigation. She has balanced private practice responsibilities with nonprofit administration and mediation, and she continues to operate her own office. She currently practices at the Law Office of Gina M. Pellettieri, handling mediation services and legal matters in real estate and family law.
