About Gina M.
Gina M. Wicik studied at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She built a foundation in legal studies that led her into private practice. The law school’s curriculum and clinical offerings shaped the early phase of her career.
After completing her education, she expanded her practice across state lines. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in New York. Those dual admissions have informed how she advises clients and organizes her practice.
She founded the Law office of Gina M Wicik and has operated it since its establishment. As the firm’s principal, she manages both client matters and the business of running a small law practice. Her role as founder means she combines casework with administrative responsibilities and client intake.
Outside the office she engages with professional organizations. She holds memberships in the New York County Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the National Lawyer Association. Those memberships provide regular contact with colleagues and periodic opportunities for continuing legal education and professional discussion.
Her day-to-day work involves advising and representing clients under New York and New Jersey law. She handles matters that arise in those jurisdictions and coordinates where issues cross state lines. Clients consult her on a range of state and local legal matters; she evaluates facts, outlines options, and pursues resolution through negotiation or court proceedings when necessary.
She runs a practice that emphasizes direct client contact and practical problem solving. Cases tend to be hands-on and often require familiarity with local court rules and procedures. She maintains an active role in each file and seeks outcomes that reflect the client’s priorities and the constraints of the law.
She currently practices from the Law office of Gina M Wicik, representing clients in matters across New Jersey and New York.
