About Gina
Gina Klump earned her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School in 2008. While at Lincoln she competed on the Moot Court team and earned an Honorable Mention. The program exposed her to appellate briefing and oral argument early in her legal education, shaping how she approaches legal research and writing.
After graduating in 2008, Klump moved into legal practice. Her early years were concentrated on building the practical skills that Moot Court had introduced: drafting briefs, preparing witnesses, and presenting arguments. She took on a range of assignments that required close attention to procedural detail and an ability to translate complex law into clear advice for clients.
Over time she expanded that foundation into broader responsibilities. Her work combined written advocacy and face-to-face client counseling. She learned to balance time in court with the preparation and client communications that happen outside it. Colleagues note that her Moot Court background continued to influence her approach to briefing and argumentation.
Klump’s career has not been marked here by a single landmark case or a long tenure at one firm. Instead, it has been the steady accumulation of courtroom experience, written advocacy, and the routine problem-solving that most legal matters require. She has handled matters that called for careful legal research and precise pleadings. Her professional development reflects the kinds of tasks many practicing lawyers perform: arguing motions, preparing memoranda, and advising clients on legal options.
In practice she is known for methodical preparation and attention to the written record. That orientation toward clear, evidence-based argument is a through line from her Moot Court days to the present. She maintains an active law practice and regularly applies appellate-style briefing and oral advocacy skills to client matters.
Her current practice focuses on applying rigorous legal research and courtroom advocacy to represent clients in matters that require detailed written work and oral presentation.
