About Gina
Gina Bongiovi built her professional foundation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned a B.S. in Business Marketing in 1997. She returned to UNLV for graduate studies and completed both a J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law and an M.B.A. in Business in 2002. Those consecutive degrees shaped a career that crosses the boundary between law and commerce.
Her academic background informs how she approaches practice. A business degree followed by a law degree gave her tools for both managerial work and client counsel. Early on she applied those tools outside a traditional law firm setting. In 2005 she took on a leadership role with Bella Vita Marketing, LLC as a managing member. That position reflected ongoing ties to marketing and business operations alongside legal training.
Three years later she formalized a legal practice in her own name. In 2008 she became managing partner of Bongiovi Law Office, LLC. As managing partner she has overseen firm operations and handled responsibilities that range from administrative oversight to direct client work. The combination of legal credentials and business experience has guided decisions about how to structure services and manage a small firm.
Bongiovi is authorized to practice in Nevada. Her education and professional steps have anchored her career in the state. She has balanced law practice and business interests, moving between advising clients and managing business entities. Those roles reflect a hybrid professional path rather than a purely courtroom or corporate trajectory.
She practices through Bongiovi Law Office, LLC and remains involved with Bella Vita Marketing, LLC. Her current practice centers on serving Nevada clients on both legal and business matters.
