Giacomo Jacques Behar is a seasoned immigration attorney based in San Diego, California. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1993 and is a Certified Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law, as recognized by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization. Fluent in seven languages—French, Spanish, Italian, German, Turkish, Hebrew, and English—he serves clients both domestically and internationally. Prior to his legal education, he completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1983 and a Master of Business Administration in 1984 at U.S. International University in San Diego.
