About Ghada
Ghada Skaff built a legal education that spans two regions of the country. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies from The George Washington University Law School in 2000 and completed her J.D. at the University of Florida in 2007. Those years laid a foundation in research, writing and analysis that she has relied on throughout her career.
After law school she began practicing in Florida. She joined local legal circles and grew her practice through courtroom work, client counseling and transactional matters. Her path has included both courtroom appearances and the behind-the-scenes drafting and negotiation that keep cases moving. Colleagues describe her as practical and methodical in approach; she prefers clear, direct legal work over flourish.
Skaff has remained active in the Hillsborough County legal community. She holds memberships in the Hillsborough County Bar Association and in the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, where she takes part in continuing legal education and community events. Those ties keep her connected to developments in Florida law and provide a steady flow of professional interaction outside her office.
Her legal skill set leans on solid fundamentals: statutory interpretation, legal research, motion practice and client advising. She has handled matters that require careful preparation and an ability to present complex information plainly. That combination serves both individual clients and businesses that need clear legal options rather than abstract theory.
Skaff works at Lieser Skaff Alexander. Her role there ties together litigation and advisory work. The office environment combines collaboration among attorneys with direct client contact. That balance shapes how she allocates time between court calendars, discovery and client meetings.
Outside the office she remains involved in bar activities that support early-career lawyers and local legal programming. She participates in educational programs and local bar events that address procedural changes and practice management. Those activities inform how she runs client matters and how she mentors newer lawyers around her.
Her background — an undergraduate program focused on regional studies followed by a Florida law degree — gives her a mix of analytical tools and local practice knowledge. She continues to practice law in Florida and maintains an active role at Lieser Skaff Alexander, where her work centers on representation in matters arising under Florida law.
