About Gerry Harvey

Gerry Harvey Goldsholle is a senior partner at Advocate Law Group P.C., located at 2330 Marinship Way, Suite 120, Sausalito, California. He has been licensed to practice law in California since 1991 and in New York since 1964. His career progressed at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife), where he held several key positions, including Assistant General Counsel and Vice President for Corporate Planning & Development. Eventually, he became the Chief Brokerage Executive and President & CEO of MetLife Marketing Corporation. Mr. Goldsholle's influence extends beyond his practice. He has chaired various committees, including those focused on insurance at the American Bar Association and the California State Bar.

Additionally, he has served on administrative law and professional responsibility committees of the New York City Bar Association. Currently, he is involved with the committee overseeing the insurance programs sponsored by the California State Bar and the California Lawyers Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to the legal profession. Recognized by his peers for his significant contributions, Mr. Goldsholle has received accolades from the State Bar for enhancing the quality of justice. He is admitted to practice before numerous federal district courts, federal appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States. His extensive background, combined with his leadership roles and dedication to legal excellence, positions him as a respected authority in the fields of business and insurance law.
