About George Chip Brown
Raised in Gainesville, Georgia, Chip earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from Furman University in 1994. His academic journey continued at the University of Georgia School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1997. Following his graduation, he joined Blasingame, Burch, Garrard & Ashley, P.C. This firm has been his professional home for nearly three decades. This lets the attorney build a robust legal practice in the Athens area. He serves on the board of directors for the Athens Area Boys & Girls Club, where he helps shape programs for local youth.
