About George

George Andriotis completed his undergraduate degree in 1998 and went on to law school at Stetson University College of Law, finishing his legal studies in 2001. Those formative years shaped his understanding of the law and set the stage for a long career in practice. He moved from classroom study into the daily work of a lawyer at a time when legal practice was adjusting to new technologies and shifting client expectations.

After graduating in 2001, Andriotis entered private practice. Over time he took on the routine tasks that define much of legal work: advising clients, drafting agreements and pleadings, and appearing in court when matters required. He has handled a steady volume of client matters and learned to balance short-term needs against longer-term legal strategy. Colleagues describe his approach as methodical; he prepares thoroughly and presents arguments in clear, plain language.

Andriotis has built his practice around clear communication. He tends to explain legal options plainly, so clients understand trade-offs. That practical bent informs how he handles client intake, case assessment and settlement discussions. He favors straightforward explanations over legal jargon and sets realistic expectations about timelines and possible outcomes.

Over the years he has also adapted to changes in how law firms operate. He incorporated digital tools into case management and file organization. That made it easier to handle multiple matters at once and to keep clients informed about developments. He has relied on continuing education to keep current on procedural changes and emerging issues that affect everyday practice.

Outside of courtroom work, Andriotis has spent time on transactional matters and routine counseling that businesses and individuals need. He has prepared contracts, advised on compliance matters and assisted clients with negotiations. The combination of transactional work and dispute handling has allowed him to see issues from both sides—how a problem begins and how it can be resolved.

As of 2026, Andriotis maintains a private legal practice and works from an office where he handles a mix of courtroom and transactional matters for individual and business clients.
