About Georg
Georg Ketelhohn built a steady legal career after completing his studies at the University of Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1992 and a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1995. Those years in Gainesville shaped the start of a practice that moved quickly from classroom to courthouse.
He began practicing law the year he graduated, joining the Jacobson Law Group in 1995. Two years later he was at Caruana & Jacobs, P.A., where he worked through the late 1990s. His résumé shows a pattern of short-term moves in the early part of his career as he gained exposure to different practices and litigation environments. In 2003 he joined Marlow Connell Abrams Adler Newman & Lewis, and in 2005 he moved to Becker & Poliakoff, P.A.
In 2006 Ketelhohn joined Siegfried Rivera, where he has continued his practice. His career path reflects experience in several Florida law firms over the first decade of his legal work. Colleagues and clients would recognize a lawyer who has navigated both private-firm settings and the procedural demands of federal court practice.
Ketelhohn is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He maintains current membership in the Florida State Bar. Those admissions allow him to handle matters in state court and in federal forums across the southern and central parts of the state.
His practice has been centered in the firms listed on his résumé, where he handled litigation and client counseling suited to the jurisdictions where he is admitted. Courtroom work, filings in federal district courts and day-to-day representation in Florida state matters have been part of his professional activity. He is based at Siegfried Rivera and has kept an active bar membership as he continues to undertake client matters.
He currently practices at Siegfried Rivera and handles cases in Florida and in the federal districts where he is admitted to appear.
