About Geoff
Geoff Meyerkord is a Missouri-educated lawyer who has spent more than two decades in private practice. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1996 after completing a B.A. at Drury College in 1993. Those years framed his entry into the regional legal community and set the stage for a career defined by courtroom work and firm leadership.
Meyerkord began his post-law school career as an associate at Casey & Meyerkord, PC in 1997. Three years later he became a partner at Meyerkord Law Office, LC, a step that transitioned him from junior counsel to firm leadership. In 2011 he established the Geoff Meyerkord Law Office. That move formalized a solo practice identity while keeping the courtroom at the center of his work.
His professional memberships reflect a long-standing engagement with trial practice and bar institutions. He has belonged to The Missouri Bar since 1993 and to the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since that same period. The Illinois State Bar Association counted him as a member beginning in 1994. He also holds membership in the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Missouri since 1995, and joined the American Bar Association in 2015. These affiliations have kept him connected to regional and national professional networks.
