Gary Nitzkin is a consumer law attorney based in Southfield, Michigan. He has been practicing law since 1988, focusing on consumer rights, particularly in areas such as credit repair and debt collection defense. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 1987 and his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University in 1984.
In 1990, Nitzkin founded Michigan Consumer Credit Lawyers, a firm dedicated to representing clients facing issues with debt collectors and credit reporting errors. The firm operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning clients do not pay out-of-pocket fees. Throughout his career, Nitzkin has been involved in several notable cases.
