Garrett J. Olexa is an attorney specializing in various areas of law, including business law, estate planning, intellectual property, and probate. A member of the Arizona State Bar, Mr. Olexa took on the role of Vice President of Legal Affairs at Sun Health in 2023, where he provides strategic legal guidance to the organization. Before his tenure at Sun Health, Mr. Olexa practiced law in Arizona for 28 years.
During this time, he handled a diverse array of cases that encompassed commercial transactions, real estate disputes, construction issues, and insurance matters. His experience in business and personal injury litigation has equipped him to tackle complex legal challenges across multiple sectors. He served on the Board of Directors for Leadership West, an organization dedicated to developing leaders in the West Valley of Arizona. Mr. Olexa earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1994, following his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LaSalle University in 1991.
