About Gabriel R.
Gabriel R. Lependorf graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in history. He earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1993. Those programs framed his early approach to the law and to serving clients in New Jersey.
He began his professional career the year he finished law school, joining Stark & Stark as an associate in 1993. The work there exposed him to the day-to-day demands of practice at a full-service firm. He handled assignments typical for a young associate and learned the mechanics of litigation and client counseling under senior attorneys.
In 1999 he spent time at Koonz, McKenney and Johnson in a paralegal role. That position is listed among his professional experience and reflects the variety of roles he has held in legal settings. Two years later he became a partner at Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., a firm where his name appears in the masthead and where he has practiced since 2001. As a partner he has shared responsibility for overseeing matters and managing aspects of the firm’s day-to-day work.
Outside the office he has maintained ties to professional and civic organizations. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association since 1993. He also serves on the board of the Princeton-area chapter of the NAACP, a role that connects him to community advocacy and local civic initiatives.
Lependorf’s license and practice are based in New Jersey, where he has built a practice over multiple decades. His career path shows transitions between roles and responsibilities, from early associate work to firm leadership. Colleagues and clients have encountered him across a range of legal tasks and institutional settings.
Today he practices at Lependorf & Silverstein, P.C., where he has been a partner since 2001. He concentrates his practice on matters that arise in New Jersey and advises local clients on civil legal issues.
