About Frank

Frank Soto trained in South Florida and has built a steady legal career there. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in 1998 and returned to local courts after completing his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University in 2002. Those classroom years set the groundwork for a practice centered on matters in Florida and in the federal courts that sit in the region.

He is admitted to practice in Florida and in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Those admissions allow him to appear in both state and federal forums. Over time he has handled filings and proceedings in those courts and developed the procedural familiarity that comes with repeated courtroom work.

Soto serves as a partner at Haber Law. Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic. As partner he manages cases, advises clients, and contributes to the firm’s strategic decisions. He also works directly on matters that require federal court appearances, drawing on his admissions to the district courts that cover the state.

Outside the office he is active in several bar and civic organizations. He holds memberships in the Cuban American Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He serves on the board of the Children’s Home Society of Miami, where he participates in governance matters. He has also served as a trustee for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and remains involved in those communities.

Soto’s background links local roots to federal practice. He grew up and studied in the region, then returned after law school to practice in the same courts where he trains younger attorneys and handles client work. His steady presence in professional associations reflects an interest in the legal community and local civic affairs.

He combines courtroom experience in both state and federal venues with organizational work in community and bar groups. He currently practices at Haber Law, handling matters in Florida and in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
