Frank Sandelmann is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and holds bar number 186415. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Sandelmann is a partner at Dinsmore & Sandelmann, LLP, a law firm with offices in Manhattan Beach and Palm Desert, California. Mr. Sandelmann earned his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law in 1996. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1987. During his time at Boston University, he gained practical experience by externing for the Honorable Geraldine Mund, Bankruptcy Judge of the Central District of California, and the Honorable Patti B. Saris, District Judge for the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Sandelmann concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, commercial litigation, entertainment litigation, real estate, commercial real estate, labor and employment, employment litigation, sexual harassment, wage and hour law, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving real estate disputes, construction defects, complex title insurance litigation, partnership disputes, manufacturing disputes, class actions, medical malpractice, and administrative proceedings before California governmental agencies. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sandelmann has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding Dinsmore & Sandelmann, LLP, he worked as a partner at a large national law firm, where he was responsible for handling high-stakes complex litigation. His extensive experience allows him to structure flexible fee arrangements and provide cost-effective legal services to a wide range of clients.
Mr. Sandelmann is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. In addition to his legal practice, he is involved in non-profit activities with UCLA and is fluent in German, enabling him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
